The structural work on house no. 6 is underway and the 5th floor is being prepared for concreting. In house no. 5 (directly next to no. 6), the structural work for the ceiling floor is in progress and then the roof will be constructed. The overall degree of completion of BA1 shell construction is 96 %.

BA2 shows the completed facades after the dismantling, the work of the outdoor facilities has begun. In BA1, the shell has almost managed to work its way out of the basement, and parts of the walls on the 2nd floor are already in place.

The angular wall in BA2 to the allotment garden area was started. In BA1 the ramp into the underground car park is made.

Elaborate but restrained building facades BA2 are now well visible.

Sunny balconies, extensive greenery on the roofs and the articulation of the facades are well visible.
