OCTOBER 2021
Construction phase 1: Production of construction pit 70%, placement of basement walls and laying of floor slab reinforcement; production of ceiling above KG in partial areas; Construction phase 2: Scaffolding of the facades, completion of work stone work, continuation of tile work, continuation of technical expansion of apartments and heating center, clearing of underground garage ceiling for production of waterproofing.
SEPTEMBER 2021
Construction phase 1: Production of excavation pit 45 % and start of basement walls in the area of the produced floor slab; Construction phase 2: In partial areas, completion of facade and placement of substrate on the roofs, completion of drywall construction, tiling work, installation of balustrades, continuation of technical equipment, start of ashlar work on staircases.
AUGUST 2021
Construction phase 1: Production of construction pit 35 % and start of production of clean layer and reinforcement of floor slab; Construction phase 2: Production of facade and roofs, completion of rough installation of technical equipment, continuation of screed work.
JULY 2021
Shell construction in the 2nd construction phase is completed -> Interior work has started – Shell construction work in the 1st construction phase has started.
MAY 2021
Current construction status: Earthworks for the 1st construction phase are currently in progress. Expected start of shell construction work planned for the beginning of July 2021. Completion of shell construction work in the 2nd construction phase planned by the end of May 2021. After that, start of interior construction work.
APRIL 2021
Current construction status: 1st construction phase – earth excavation begins, 2nd construction phase – almost completion of shell.
MARCH 2021
Current construction status: Ceiling above basement finished. House 12: Walls + ceiling 1st floor finished.
JANUARY 2021
Completion of the concreting work of the floor slab and reinforcement work of the ceiling above the basement.
